What can I expect from an average session?
I'm not sure there is such a thing, but most sessions would involve an initial period of enquiry into what the client would like to explore, followed by a period of body-oriented experiment/intervention through which learning and discovery may take place under the guidance of the coach. There are a number of different interventions the coach might employ and these can be discussed during the discovery call. Any intervention would be explained beforehand and at all times the client would be in charge of whether or not they proceed. This would be followed by a period of meaning making, note taking and a chance to think about next steps.
