I always suggest a free discovery call first to learn more about somatic coaching and see if this feels like a good fit for you.

Bookings can be made on an appointment by appointment basis for a cost of £50 per hour session or as a block of six sessions for the reduced cost of £250.00.

All somatic coaching appointments must be paid for in advance.

If this work really speaks to you but money is tight, please do enquire as I have some funded or partially funded schemes in place.
